“ While on a layover at PHL we decide to try Loves for a chicken Philly. A young lady helped us with app when I asked how to order wo onions. She was very helpful. We got our drinks quickly and the sandwich shortly after. The chicken Philly was outstanding! It came out piping hot and was perfectly seasoned. The fries that came with it were ok but not great. The servers came by to ask how everything was and also refilled our sodas. Not sure why all the neg reviews but our experience was great. Visited on Oct 4 at around 3pm. ”

I witnessed several acts of kindness from the workers, including helping an elderly man order he was not even wanting to order from his phone and also visiting with that man when he wanted to show the server pictures of his wife. The server was so patient and kind to him, acting like he was the most important thing in the moment. After having a stressful travel day, this warmed my heart. Thank you! ”
